• Carriers: We use a network of trusted couriers, including G4S, and various Sacco/bus parcel services to ensure reliable delivery to your chosen collection point.
• Notification: You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking and collection information once your order has been dispatched.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to facilitate an exchange.

• Exchange Window: You must initiate an exchange within 12 hours of receiving your item.
• Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags attached.
